Born in London and raised in India, Radha discovered the beautiful world of knitwear at a very young age. Her initial exposure to the industry came from the family business that has been in the knitwear industry for 50 years.

To hone her talent Radha relocated to London where she immersed herself in the rich multi cultural experience that London offers. She graduated with first class degree in knitwear design from the London College of Fashion and also from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi.

Radha’s passion for fashion and textile led to the inception of her knitwear label ‘RADHA DUMRA’ in 2011. Her designs represent the dual nature of the emerging sub-continent; contemporary and unapologetically edgy yet introspective and deeply rooted in the redefining of its ancient culture. As an Indian woman who has lived between Europe and India, in search for more than just identity, each collection is a reflection of the exploration of her inner world. The brand is unaffected by current trends and whims, instead, it focuses on ideas that evoke the consumer to have an emotional and intellectual response.

RADHA DUMRA is stocked in various fashion boutiques in London, Japan, Israel, Australia, Greece including the online boutique ‘NOT JUST A LABEL’ and are also available for private commissions.
